Honest pay, two ways
You're paid hourly OR per-stop — whichever earns you more that day. Weekly direct deposit, every Friday.

Reasonable start times
Report between 8–9 AM — not the pre-dawn shifts other delivery companies require. Shifts typically run 6–8 hours.
We'll train you
Experience with Amazon, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or courier work is a plus — but new to driving is fine. Paid training from day one.

Annual figures reflect full-time work including bonuses; actual earnings depend on route, days worked, and performance. Business routes pay $21.50–$23.50/hr at all locations. Residential routes pay the greater of an hourly rate or a per-stop rate each day.
What the job looks like
- Report to your terminal between 8–9 AM and check your truck — FedEx handles most of the loading
- Run your route with a company scanner: 100–150 stops on a typical day (more during the holiday peak)
- Deliver and pick up packages with professional service at every door
- Company step van or box truck — no wear and tear on your own vehicle, no fuel out of pocket
- Back to the terminal, home every night — no overnights, no hotels
What we need from you
The basics
21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record. A regular license is all you need — no CDL.
The physical side
Lift up to 50 lbs on your own (a helper or hand truck handles anything heavier), in and out of the truck 100+ times a day, in all weather.
The screenings
Pre-employment background check and drug screen. As a FedEx Ground contractor we follow FedEx testing standards, which include cannabis, Delta 8, and certain CBD products regardless of state law. DOT med card required — don't have one? We'll send you for the exam and pay for it.
